Terms of Service

These Terms of Service have been translated from the Korean version for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict in interpretation between the Korean version and any translated version, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the use of the PLANDOG service (the "Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Service means the AI-based document generation service, screen design assistance environment, credit-based feature environment, and all ancillary functions provided by the Company through its website, application, or other online channels.
  2. User means any member or non-member who agrees to these Terms and accesses or uses the Service.
  3. Member means a person who registers an account with the Company and continuously uses the Service.
  4. Credit means an electronic unit of use deducted in order to use certain functions within the Service.
  5. Paid Credit means credits that a user has purchased or charged through payment.
  6. Free/Promotional Credit means credits provided free of charge by the Company for events, sign-up benefits, testing, compensation, or similar purposes.
  7. International Card Payment means the card payment method provided through the Polar checkout integrated by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company will post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or on a linked page so that users can easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations.
  3. If the Company amends these Terms, it will provide notice of the effective date, reasons for amendment, and major changes through notices within the Service or a linked page before the effective date.
  4. If a user continues to use the Service without expressly indicating refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. However, matters that require separate consent under applicable laws are excluded.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account Management)

  1. Users may create an account and use the Service in accordance with procedures determined by the Company.
  2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and must promptly update such information if it changes.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their account and password and may not transfer, lend, or share them with any third party.
  4. The Company will not be liable, except to the extent required by applicable law, for account theft, information leakage, or damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.
  5. The Company may restrict membership registration or, after registration, restrict or delete an account if any of the following applies:
    • false information or another person's information is used;
    • the Service is used to interfere with operations or for purposes contrary to law or public order and morals; or
    • the Company's policies or payment policies are circumvented or abused.

Article 5 (Contents of the Service)

  1. The Company may provide users with the following services:
    • AI-based document creation and editing functions;
    • generation assistance functions for screen design, wireframes, explanatory materials, and similar materials;
    • credit charging, usage history review, and payment-related functions; and
    • additional functions designated by the Company.
  2. The Company may change, add, or discontinue part or all of the Service as necessary for service quality improvement, security, operational needs, or legal requirements.
  3. The Company will provide guidance on the scope of free and paid functions, credit deduction standards, supported languages, and service scope through the Service interface, the Payment and Refund Policy page, or separate notices.

Article 6 (Credits, Payment, and Charging)

  1. Users may purchase paid credits or paid products through payment methods provided by the Company.
  2. The price, package, taxes, currency, payment method, validity period, and refund criteria for paid credits are governed by the separately posted Payment and Refund Policy.
  3. In the case of international card payments:
    • card payments may be processed through Polar checkout;
    • Polar may act as the Merchant of Record and perform certain tasks related to payment, billing, international indirect tax handling, and orders; and
    • the final charged amount may vary depending on the payment country, region, taxes, exchange rates, and similar factors.
  4. The Company may operate Free/Promotional Credits separately from Paid Credits, and the credit deduction priority and validity periods will follow the Service interface or the Payment and Refund Policy.
  5. Credits may not be converted into cash or transferred in a manner not permitted by applicable law.

Article 7 (Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund)

  1. Cancellation and refunds are subject to applicable laws, these Terms, and the separately posted Payment and Refund Policy.
  2. Where a user has not yet used any Paid Credit and the use of the Service has not yet commenced, withdrawal or refund may be available in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's policies.
  3. Withdrawal or refund may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law in any of the following cases:
    • all or part of the Paid Credits have been used;
    • the provision of digital content or paid features has already commenced; or
    • the value of the Service has been materially diminished due to reasons attributable to the user.
  4. If there is a legally recognized ground for refund or contract cancellation, such as where the Service differs from the displayed or advertised content or is performed differently from the contract, the user may request such remedy from the Company within the period prescribed by law.
  5. In the case of international card payments, refunds will be reviewed under the Company's policies and may be processed in accordance with the policies of the payment processor or Polar.

Article 8 (Free/Promotional Credits)

  1. Free/Promotional Credits may be used only within the scope and period determined by the Company.
  2. Free/Promotional Credits have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.
  3. The Company may change or retrieve the conditions of Free/Promotional Credits for reasons including the end of an event, policy changes, or prevention of abusive use.

Article 9 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

  1. acts that violate applicable laws or these Terms;
  2. acts of misappropriating another person's account, personal information, or payment information;
  3. acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation, credit, or other rights of the Company or any third party;
  4. acts of entering, generating, or distributing illegal, harmful, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, spam, malicious code, or other inappropriate content;
  5. acts that interfere with the stable operation of the Service or obtain or use credits, discounts, or functions by abnormal means;
  6. acts of unauthorized use or circumvention of the Company's systems through automation, reverse engineering, crawling, or similar means; or
  7. acts of reselling Service outputs or commercially providing them to third parties in a manner not expressly permitted by the Company.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Rights in the Service, software, design, UI, logos, trademarks, databases, documents, and other components belong to the Company or the legitimate right holders.
  2. The rights relating to materials entered by users and generated outputs may vary depending on applicable laws, third-party rights, the legality of user input, and the Company's policies.
  3. The Company may process information entered by users into the Service and generated outputs to the extent necessary for service operation, security, quality improvement, dispute response, and legal compliance. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Important Notices Regarding AI Outputs)

  1. Due to the nature of AI technology, the Service may generate results that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, duplicative, or potentially infringing upon third-party rights.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated outputs.
  3. Users must independently review generated outputs before using them for actual work, products, external publications, or important decision-making, including legal, tax, and medical matters.
  4. Except to the extent the Company is legally required to bear responsibility, users are responsible for the use of their inputs and generated outputs.

Article 12 (Restriction and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may restrict or suspend part or all of the Service in any of the following cases:
    • system inspection, maintenance, recovery from failure, or security necessity;
    • failures in third-party services such as telecommunications, cloud services, payment services, or AI model providers;
    • legal requirements, administrative orders, or requests from investigative authorities; or
    • force majeure events.
  2. If the Company can foresee the suspension of the Service, it may provide prior notice. However, if prior notice is difficult due to an emergency failure, security threat, or similar reason, the Company may provide notice afterward.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company will not be liable where it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, force majeure, failures of third-party services, reasons attributable to users, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
  2. The Company does not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or achievement of purpose expected by users through the Service.
  3. The Company will not be liable for disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party through the Service, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company will protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and matters concerning the processing of personal information are governed by the separately posted Privacy Policy.

Article 15 (Notices)

  1. The Company may notify users through notices within the Service, email, alerts, or other reasonable means.
  2. Notice to all users may be substituted by posting within the Service. However, for matters that materially affect users, the Company may also provide individual notice.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

  1. These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The Company and users will first endeavor to resolve disputes through mutual consultation.
  3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal office will have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms will apply from April 1, 2026.
